How do I return an item for refund/exchange?

Simply send the item to PO Box 1152, West Leederville WA 6901... along with the return/exchange form.

Can I exchange for an item of lesser value?

Yes, the difference will be refunded back onto the credit card used for your original purchase

Can I exchange for an item of greater value?

Yes, just fill out the exchange/refund form and include your credit card details for the additional amount to be charged. Once payment is processed and approved you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your additional charge amount and that your new items have been posted.

Shipping & Delivery

When will you send my order?

Orders are sent via Australia Express Post.  Orders are dispatched within one working day of us receiving them.  If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you via the contact email you have provided us. 

How long does postage take?

Delivery by Australia Post Express Post is next day guaranteed for addresses within the Express Post network. This covers most CBD areas. For more information on networks please see this link.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our store you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, so you can track your order's progress.  You can track your order here

What if I haven't received my order?

If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number and track your order at

Can I change my delivery address?

If your parcel hasn't left yet, we can change the delivery address.  Please notify us of address changes asap, either by phone on 08 9388 8082 or email info@daneechi.com

What If I am unsure of my size?

If you haven’t bought swimwear in a while and are unsure of your size, we always recommend sticking to your normal clothing size. We also have a size chart here that can be used as a guide, however please be aware that it can differ from brand to brand.

We will happily accept returns and exchanges on unworn items.  This means you can exchange for another size or you can even purchase two sizes at once and return whichever one is incorrect for a refund.

All of our sizes in Australian sizes so if you are an international customer we recommend double checking the size chart measurements as sizing will vary.  You can access our international size chart here. 

Still unsure why not pop into our store in Subiaco for a personalised fitting or if you can’t make it in, just call 08 9382 1767 to speak to a sales assistant.

Can I return or exchange the item if it doesn't fit?

Payments

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have filled your shopping cart with all of your summer essentials, click on 'My Shopping cart' then Checkout

There you can review your items, add & delete items or finalise with your order.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal, however you may pay by credit card.  We accept both Visa and Mastercard.  Alternatively you can call us on 1800 812 817 to process payment.

Customs and Import Duties

Custom or import duty fees are charged by various countries once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 
These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. 
Daneechi is unable to calculate these as they vary so much.
We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.
