How much will it cost me to ship an item?
Shipping for all Australian orders over $150 is free! For Australian orders under $150, shipping is $10. We also offer worldwide shipping. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes we do. Make sure you selected Australia Express Post as your shipping method if you are shipping to a PO Box. 

How do I track my order?
We will send your tracking number to you with your order invoice.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Orders for street addresses are sent via Toll DX service. For street addresses located within Perth metro delivery is the next business day if your order is placed before 12pm (AWST). Allow 2 business days for orders placed after 12pm.

For street addresses located outside Perth metro (country WA or interstate) allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

International orders are sent using Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on the country of destination.

Exchange/Returns policy

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Yes we do, please refer to our Returns Policy for terms and conditions.

How do I lodge a return?
Returns require an authorized Return ID. Follow the below steps to obtain a Return ID:

1. Log in to your account at using your email address and password.

2. Under My Account, go to the Order History tab and select your original order.

3. Below the order is a return request section. Complete all details, using the comments section for specific requests and additional information where relevant.  

4. Create your return request. You will be emailed a confirmation and we will contact you within 3 working days.

If your return request is declined, we will contact you with further details.

What do I need to do after my lodged return request is authorized?

After your lodged return request is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then need to view your authorized return in your account, and print a return slip. Make sure you include your return slip in with your return parcel back to us. 

My return request isn’t working, what should I do?
If there are any problems with lodging a return request, please contact us via email at with details of why you are returning the item/s, whether you would like an exchange or refund, and any other relevant details and we will create the return request for you. 

I have ordered an item over the phone. How do I lodge a return?
