Our Returns Policy

In-store purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned goods for exchange only. Please return goods unworn with swing tags attached. Retain receipt as proof of purchase for exchange within 14 days.

Daneechi does not provide refunds for in-store purchases if you should change your mind.

 

Online orders only

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returned goods for exchange or refund. Please return goods unworn with swing tags attached.

Returns can either be posted back or brought into the store. Do not return unwanted items in a "Return to Sender" parcel as there is no guarantee it will be safely returned as it is untrackable. All returns must be sent via a trackable method if you wish to obtain a refund. 

Australian orders
A return request must be lodged within 14 days of arrival date (excludes faulty items)

International orders
A return request must be lodged within 30 days of arrival date (excludes faulty items)

The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. 
If you want to exchange, we will post your first exchange back to you free of charge. 
Any extra changes on that order will be charged postage. 

All returns require an authorized Return ID before being sent back. Please refer to our FAQs for details on how to obtain a Return ID. 

 

Faulty items

The 14/30 day return period does not apply to faulty items. If your item is found to be faulty, please visit us in store or contact us via email or phone. All faults are assessed on an individual basis and can take longer to resolve, as we may need to contact the supplier. 

Orders purchased with a gift voucher will be refunded with a replacement gift voucher.

 

Sale items

We don't offer exchanges or refunds on sale items, unless they are faulty.
